Debbie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in individual, couples, family therapy and children. Her private practice, Positive Changes Counseling Center, is located in Towson, Maryland.
With over 25 years experience as a clinician, and as a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Social Work, and Towson University, she is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients.
